- At least three years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated success in resolving third-party claims
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a solid operational mindset

- Ability to collaborate effectively within team and cross-functionally
