What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales training, you know how to train reps to sell in a clinical, relationship-driven environment
- Proven track record designing and delivering both new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training programs in a field-based or hybrid sales organization
- Experience building or managing a sales certification or credentialing program
- Strong understanding of provider sales dynamics, including how to position value with pharma reps, practice managers, physicians, mid-level providers, and office staff
- Demonstrated ability to coach to outcomes, not just teach content, but change rep behavior in ways that show up in the numbers
- Adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
