We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Program Manager to build and scale our creator partnership program. You'll identify high-potential creators, develop partnerships that drive real results, and shape how Blink shows up across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

- Excellent content sense—you can look at a video and immediately know if it will perform
- Deep understanding of short-form content algorithms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Proven track record of running influencer campaigns that drove measurable results

This role is equal parts relationship builder and content strategist. You understand what makes short-form content perform, you know how algorithms reward certain formats and hooks, and you can translate that knowledge into briefs that help creators succeed.
Creator Partnerships: Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators across tech, entrepreneurship, no-code, and adjacent verticals. Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships.
