- Proven experience designing or improving operating rhythms, executive workflows, planning processes, meeting systems, documentation, or cross-functional coordination mechanisms
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions, levels, and working styles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex context, prepare executive-ready materials, and communicate with clarity and sound judgment
