About the role
We're looking for a Rev Ops Manager to build and own the reporting layer that tells us what's actually happening in the business, and then to lead the highest-priority work that comes out of it. To lead high priority projects that drive our business forward, including building and owning the reporting layer that drives insights and steers direction across teams, distilling insights into solutions, and moving quickly to launch projects leveraging AI.
What they're looking for
- At least 5+ years of experience revenue operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or marketplace operations,
- A scrappy, hands-on operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems themselves
- AI-native: automation is how you work, not a tool you occasionally reach for. You codify recurring analysis into repeatable workflows and build leverage for the rest of the team—not just yourself
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into action—and to own the numbers, including when they’re wrong
- Fluency with SQL and modern data/BI tools. You can get to the answer yourself without waiting on Engineering
- Highly organized, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
