About the role
You'll expand what Blockit can do and where it shows up in people's lives. This isn't traditional growth engineering, it's about building new agent capabilities, opening up new surfaces (Slack, mobile, desktop, etc.), and finding ways for Blockit to handle workflows we don't support yet. You'll ship features end-to-end: talking to users, prototyping, building, and measuring. The work spans frontend, backend, and agent engineering.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of industry experience shipping production software
- Ability to work across the stack as needed
- Product sense: you care about UX, correctness, and clarity, not just passing tests
- Pragmatic approach to building: you validate quickly, then harden what works
- Clear communicator—written and verbal. You'll be working across eng, design, and users
