- What You’ll Do
- Develop Product Managers: Set clear expectations and give direct feedback to help PMs grow while maintaining real ownership over their products
- Develop Product Strategy: Turn customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into clear priorities. Make difficult tradeoffs and keep teams focused on the highest-value problems
- Understand Our Customers: Spend time with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to develop deep customer intuition and identify problems worth solving
- Ship and Iterate: Break ambitious ideas into focused releases that allow teams to learn quickly. Study product usage and gather customer feedback to identify what is and is not working, then continuously improve what we build
