About the role
We’re hiring an AI Engineer with strong voice AI experience to help design and build the systems that power our AI experiences, with a particular focus on real-time conversational voice systems, LLM-driven workflows, and orchestration layers . You’ll work closely with the Director of AI Engineering and product and engineering partners to ship reliable AI features into production, with strong attention to evaluation, data, latency, and software quality.

Design and build voice AI systems for real-time, conversational user experiences
Develop and maintain AI orchestration layers, including agent workflows, state management, and system handoffs
