What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 13+ years of relevant experience
- Has fundamental understanding and shows a genuine motivation and curiosity for the aerospace/space industry at large
- Proficient working on interdisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical and software engineers
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and willingness to share and transfer knowledge
- Able to work well in a face-paced, dynamic team setting and efficient time management skills

Position Purpose : The Principal Bus iness Development Manager supports BCT product lines by
driving and supporting new business across the multiple product lines. Primary focus will be on strategic
growth and execution.
