- 10+ years of experience in nuclear quality assurance and quality control
- Solid working knowledge and experience of nuclear and non-nuclear codes, standards, and methodologies, including 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and ASME BPVC
- Qualified nuclear Lead Auditor
- Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience, including managing embedded project quality staff
- Experience developing project quality plans and performing surveillances and hold-point inspections
