- Experience : Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry. Experience in D&D Audit and Account Payables in a plus
- Analytical Skills : Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions
- Tech-Savvy : Passion for technology and data, with a keen interest in leveraging tools to improve processes. Experience in EDI integration is a plus
- Communication : Excellent written and spoken communication skills
