Position Overview
Bobyard is building modern software for construction. As our fullstack engineer and user base grow, we need a senior engineer to own our React architecture and raise the UI bar.
You’ll lead fullstack development across the product — architecture, performance, UX — while working full-stack in Django and PostgreSQL as needed. High autonomy, high ownership. No layers of process. We ship to real users who depend on speed and reliability.

Design for scale : Make architecture decisions that hold when usage grows 100x. Frontend and backend.
Partner on product : Work with design, product, and CV to scope and ship features users rely on. Influence the roadmap.
Run production : Deploy to AWS/GCP.. Instrument, monitor, debug. Build systems that reduce operational load.
Raise the bar : Mentor engineers. Review code. Improve our frontend practices and tooling. Prototype fast and validate with users.
