About the role
We’re hiring a Social Content Producer to scale BoldVoice’s creative engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s smart, scrappy, organized, and comfortable shipping a lot of short-form content every week. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own creative output across paid and organic channels: driving ideas, managing creators, and producing videos that move our metrics. This role is fully in-person at our NoHo, NYC office.

- 1–4+ years in growth, creator marketing, performance creative, or similar roles
- Fast, scrappy executor who can ship 10+ creatives per week
- Direct experience making short-form video content (ads, UGC, or organic)
- Strong creative instincts — you can spot a winning creative instantly
- Organized and operationally sharp, comfortable managing many moving pieces
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback
