About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Staff Product Manager to be a critical connector between users, interpreters, engineering, and design. This role is scoped at Senior or Staff level depending on experience, with ownership spanning core product strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
What they're looking for
- Connection to the Deaf Community: Strong awareness of Deaf culture and accessibility needs is a major plus, personal or professional experience with the Deaf community is ideal
- UX & Design Sensibility: Demonstrated success driving design and user experience choices is preferred, this role will require hands-on work with design partners
- Familiarity working alongside engineering and design teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern cloud and communications platforms (e.g., AWS, Twilio)
