More about this role

Boom is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build predictable pipeline across the channels that bring in new property management customers. Partnerships are the biggest one: PMS integration partners, vendors and marketplaces, industry associations, consultants, and individual referrers.

To start, expect roughly 60% partnerships and referrals, 40% broader growth work, shifting as we learn what's working. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, and you'll be the person who knows which channels are paying off and why.
