Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage property managers, operators, and ownership groups through calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events Pipeline generation: Own a monthly qualified-meeting number and the activity math behind it
What they're looking for
- ~1 year + of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, with proven outbound ownership (not inbound-only)
- A track record of consistently hitting or beating a meetings-set quota, with the numbers to back it
- Strong phone chops: you are comfortable making dials and setting demos
- Self-direction in an environment where the playbook is still being written, and the judgment to know when to ask
- Proficiency with a modern prospecting stack (CRM, sequencer, data/enrichment tooling)
- Extreme attention to detail and a high degree of ownership
