What you'll do
- Own a real problem end to end — or a meaningful piece of one. Not a side project that goes in a drawer when it's done.
- Support investor diligence — pull together the operational and financial story and help answer the questions that decide a raise.
- Lead the logistics of a complex move — a test cell, a massive machine, or an entire lab relocated to a new site with minimal downtime.
- Build business processes that last — the intake, the reporting cadence, the approval flow a team keeps using long after you've moved on.
- Step in on a critical project that's slipping and drive it back on track — figure out what's actually blocking it, who owns what, and what happens next.
