Booz Allen Hamilton Ventures, a $300M corporate venture capital fund, is seeking an Associate to manage investment opportunities, inform investment theses in key categories, and support fund leadership with due diligence and fund operations. In this position, the Associate will project manage active deals through the investment process, conduct due diligence, and regularly meet with founders and investors.

The Booz Allen Hamilton Ventures team will source, negotiate, and execute investments in early companies, such as Seed though Series B, as well as follow-on rounds, consistent with the fund’s investment strategy. The fund will focus on sectors aligned with Booz Allen Hamilton’s innovation theses, such as Defense Technology, Data Science, Space, Quantum and Deep Tech, and targeted platforms, such as Cybersecurity and Defense Technology Group.

  • Due diligence: Support all aspects of the deal review process, including quantitative analysis, such as financial modeling and sensitivity analysis, competitor and market scans, customer and investor interviews, and technology reviews. Will also support negotiations with investment targets.
