What they're looking for
- 5-8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with clear accountability for organic traffic, rankings, and pipeline metrics like MQLs and SALs
- Hands-on experience building AEO strategy and measurement, tracking citation frequency, brand mention share, and referral traffic from AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Experience operating as a hands-on individual contributor, owning the SEO program end to end and partnering with content and web teams to execute
- Strong content and keyword instincts, with experience running keyword research, intent analysis, and content gap analysis to inform the editorial roadmap, working with the content team
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and performance narratives for organic channels
- Comfort partnering with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement
