What they're looking for
- You have 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo certification preferred)
- You bring 3+ years of experience managing lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle programs in a B2B SaaS environment
- You have deep experience with Salesforce CRM and a strong understanding of how marketing and sales systems integrate to support pipeline generation
- You are proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- You bring strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy
- You are a collaborative partner who communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
