What they're looking for
- 3+ years of product management, with experiences on workflow automation, business process management (BPM), data, AI or enterprise SaaS platforms
- A track record of shipping products that large enterprises adopt and expand. You understand the difference between the IT buyer and the business buyer and can design for both
- Fluency in enterprise requirements: security, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GxP), admin, and governance
- Domain depth in at least one line of business or regulated vertical, such as financial services, life sciences, public sector, legal, or HR
- Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM features, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and managing quality in production
