What they're looking for
- You have 5+ years of experience building production software, with strong proficiency in Python and Django and frontend experience in React and JavaScript
- You have experience designing and delivering APIs, and scaling and integrating systems across complex environments
- You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS also valued) and Kubernetes, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- You have demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a component, from design and implementation through testing and production operation
- You communicate clearly with engineering, finance, and executive audiences, including financial readouts
