About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and high-performing individual to join our Attruby Sales leadership team as a Field Development Director (FDD). This role offers a unique professional development opportunity and exposure for individuals eager to expand their leadership experience, enhance strategic thinking, and make a broader impact across the organization.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
- BS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not required
- Product/indication launch experience: Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem- solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan
- Proven leadership skills with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability
