What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, etc…), Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, including previous experience as an FRM
- Rare disease experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in market access, community access or community services
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
