About the role
Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data-driven decision-making. Applied Skills: Demonstrated experience using AI tools and platforms in accounting and/or audit practices
What they're looking for
- Prepare the quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release), including select financial statements, footnote disclosures, and supporting schedules
- Assist with technical accounting research and prepare position memo on complex or non-routine accounting matters
- Coordinate with the wider accounting team on the quarterly flux analysis and manual tie-out procedures
- Maintain and enhance SOX-compliant internal controls
- Maintain and enhance the company’s accounting policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage audit requests
