Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for an LA County based Community Engagement Lead to join our BrightLife Kids team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our partnership with the Children and Youth Behavioral Initiative (CYBHI) ! High Autonomy & Impact: You won't just execute a pre-made plan; you’ll identify new opportunities, shape program strategy, and act as a thought partner to senior external leadership.
What they're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in community engagement, public health, health promotion, or a related field (knowledge of pediatric mental health or early childhood development is a plus)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience navigating public/community health and school-based systems to build programs and gain community adoption

BrightLife Kids offers a modern digital experience featuring live coaching, personalized resources, parent peer communities, and local referrals — all at zero cost to families.
