About the role
As a Manufacturing Manager at BRINC, you will lead our manufacturing team in producing life-saving public safety technology. You will oversee daily production operations, manage resource allocation, and ensure efficient workflow across multiple production lines. Working within our dynamic manufacturing environment, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, optimize production processes, and maintain quality standards while developing and mentoring a team of skilled Production Technicians.

- Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software systems
