About the role
Brinqa is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most important enterprise customers. This role is focused on deepening customer engagement, maximizing adoption of Brinqa solutions, and driving upsell, expansion, and cross-sell. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to cybersecurity leaders, ensuring customers achieve measurable business value from their investment in Brinqa.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales in a SaaS environment
- Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers in cybersecurity, IT risk, or compliance domains
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability management, risk prioritization, and threat exposure is highly desired
- Proven track record of exceeding retention, upsell, and expansion goals
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
