About the role
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly. You'll manage the calendar, own communications and travel, and make sure priorities, follow-ups, and commitments don't fall through the cracks. This is a role with real access and trust. You’ll be closely involved in how the company operates and how decisions get made, not just the logistics behind the scenes.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder or C-level executive at a startup
- A demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion, this role will have visibility into sensitive company information
- Excellent written communication and comfort drafting on behalf of the CEO
- A bias toward anticipating needs rather than waiting to be asked
- A calm, steady presence under pressure and comfort with ambiguity, priorities shift quickly at this stage of company
