About the role
As part of our growing Technical Product Support team, you’ll spend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring that they achieve success with our software. Because of the nature of the product, the work you’ll do in this role matters: whether you’re helping a hobbyist get the hang of sourcing data or working with a VC-backed startup to scale their app to thousands of users.

- Willing to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) every 8 weeks (subject to change) - you’ll receive two days off of your choosing the week before or after your weekend shift
