About the role

What we need now is someone who can take a high volume of inbound and outbound interest and convert it predictably, and build the systems that make that conversion repeatable. What they're looking for
- A degree in civil, structural, or technical engineering, and/or a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in institutional real estate, infrastructure, or adjacent professional services
- Comfort with long sales cycles and the patience to move them without losing momentum
- Strong enough domain knowledge to hold a conversation with a head of acquisitions without needing to look anything up
- Genuine, proven curiosity about AI and what it can do for the built world, not just a talking point
- Automation-first mindset: your first instinct when a process is repetitive is to automate it, not hire for it
- Builder instinct: you don't wait for a process to exist, you improve it
