As a Staff Product Designer , you'll be one of the most senior individual contributors on the design team and the design lead for a cluster of our most complex, highest-stakes domains—financial workflows (inventory & procurement, AP & payments, Financial OS), AI, and mobile. Reporting to the Head of Design , you'll own design quality across these areas: doing hands-on, end-to-end work on the hardest problems yourself, while setting the bar and giving direction to the other designers working in your domains. Think of it as how our strongest leads operate—deep in the work every day, leveling up everyone around them, no formal management required.
