About the role
As our Head of Product Growth, you’ll build the engine that powers Butter’s scalable growth. You’ll work directly with Design and Engineering to improve activation, retention, and monetization. Your job is to make Butter easier to understand, shorten time to value, and turn usage into sharing.

- You have 5+ years in growth at a product-led company
- You’ve improved retention, not just top-of-funnel growth
- You have strong with data (Amplitude/Mixpanel, SQL is a plus)
- You are comfortable influencing and championing product decisions
- You are a clear thinker, who moves quickly and is comfortable with failing often
