About the role
At Camber, we build reliable, high-quality software that solves meaningful problems and powers critical workflows. As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute across our stack, take ownership of meaningful features, and grow your craft in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll work closely with senior engineers and product teammates to deliver impactful work from day one. Build and ship features end-to-end — from scoping and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.

- 2–5 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production software
- Comfort working across the stack and a willingness to go wherever the problem takes you
- Strong fundamentals — you write code that is readable, testable, and built to last
- A growth mindset — you approach new challenges with curiosity and aren't afraid to ask questions or take on unfamiliar problems
