About the role
Camber is growing fast, and that means our Talent organization needs to scale thoughtfully, quickly, and with care. We just surpassed 100 mission-oriented builders who want to change healthcare, and need someone to own technical recruiting as our hiring across engineering and data accelerates. You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to attract and close top technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, security, product engineering, data, and AI/ML.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in startup or high growth environments
- Proven track record hiring strong engineering and data talent, and building trusting and strategic relationships with those leaders
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, outbound channels, communities, events, and emerging platforms
- Strong closer who can build trust and excitement with candidates, navigating difficult conversations on compensation, equity, and buy-in
- Speed with care — you have a penchant for moving quickly and executing, but with care and concern for impact
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, bringing a naturally relationship-oriented ethic to your work
