Own the financial narrative - Serve as a key executive voice to investors, board members, partners, and the broader market, representing Campfire's vision and financial story with clarity and conviction. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the company
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software
- Prior experience as CFO or VP Finance at a venture-backed company preferred
- Track record of leading fundraising rounds (Series B and beyond) or taking a company public
- Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into strategic insight for diverse audiences
- Operator mindset — comfortable getting into the details while keeping an eye on the big picture
- A true product champion — You'll use Campfire daily as a core part of running the finance function, and carry that firsthand experience into every external conversation, embodying what it means to be a customer and ambassador of the product you help build
