About the role
As Partner Enablement Specialist, your mission is to make sure every external implementation partner can deliver the Campfire standard as reliably as our internal team does. You'll take the training curriculum and standards developed for internal onboarding and adapt them for an external audience — building the certification bootcamps, materials, and ongoing support that keep partners accurate, confident, and self-sufficient.
What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or training/enablement — ideally with some direct Campfire product exposure
- Strong communicator who can explain technical configuration steps clearly to an external audience with less context than an internal hire
- Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable owning a certification pipeline and tracking who's where in it
- Comfortable running live sessions (bootcamps, workshops) as well as producing written/video materials
- This is an execution and delivery role, not a design-from-scratch role — success means faithfully scaling what's already been built, not reinventing it
