About the role
AI is reshaping hospitality, and Canary is at the center of that shift. Canary is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to own and activate our strategic narratives around hospitality and executive communications. You will lead strategic PR and communications end-to-end, shaping Canary’s public narrative, driving trust, increasing visibility, and gaining influence across the hospitality landscape. This role will be highly influential on how our executives show up and speak about Canary externally.

- 8 - 10+ years of experience in PR & Communications, with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Hospitality or travel tech experience is a plus
- Proven success building and executing executive thought leadership programs
- Strong track record of securing consistent, high-quality media coverage
- Sharp storytelling instincts and a strong sense for what makes a story land
- Experience owning communications strategy from narrative through execution
