About the role
At Candid Health, we’re searching for a Platform Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive operational strategy alongside engineering and product leadership. As a dedicated partner embedded within our Platform Engineering team, you will own the team's long-term roadmap and operational cadence rather than bouncing between short-term projects.

- A Chaos Coordinator: You have a proven track record of managing multi-team technical rollouts—such as system-wide migrations, access management updates, or core developer tool implementations—from concept to completion
- Operational Architect: You possess well-developed philosophies on what great execution looks like, knowing how to balance process with speed, and how to measure organizational velocity effectively
- Data-Informed Problem Solver: You are highly data-literate and love using numbers to tell a story. You are comfortable writing SQL or leveraging modern AI productivity tools to track metrics, diagnose roadblocks, and automate status tracking
- An Exceptional Translator: You are a clear, empathetic communicator who can effortlessly bridge the gap between deeply technical infrastructure concepts and business-facing teams, executives, or client IT departments
