About the role
As a Technical Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, with a primary focus on full lifecycle recruiting for both specialized and generalist Software Engineers. You' build the rocket ship as we fly, helping us double our technical teams within the next year. Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity

As a Technical Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, with a primary focus on full lifecycle recruiting for both specialized and generalist Software Engineers. Lead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including working directly with our co-founders and senior leadership.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web scale or startup environments that hold a high bar for talent.
