- 8+ years of software development experience as an engineer and/or engineering manager
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, including people management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution
- Experience building and scaling early-stage or newly launched products
- Strong product judgment and the ability to work closely with Product and Design on ambiguous, high-impact problems
- Track record of leading teams that ship reliable customer-facing systems
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
