About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Carbon Robotics , you will play a key role in scaling our teams during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with our Recruiting team and Hiring Partners, you will help drive hiring and an amazing candidate experience. This is a 12-month contract role and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits. Fully-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for you and all dependents
What they're looking for
- 1+ years of proven talent coordination or recruiting operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with modern tech stacks, including Google Workspace, modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), and recruiting networks
- Familiarity with modern talent acquisition practices, recruitment funnel metrics, and candidate engagement strategies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of outcomes, and collaborate across shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of managing competing priorities effortlessly
- Proactive communicator and resourceful problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills
