Lead driver safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities for Cargomatic’s Dallas operations. Serve as the primary owner of driver-focused safety and compliance programs.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of safety and compliance experience in trucking, drayage, intermodal, or transportation and logistics
- Strong working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Proven experience managing driver compliance, accident investigations, and safety audits
- Experience administering drug and alcohol testing programs and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with drivers
