About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Tax & Payroll Specialist to support the payroll operations of the People team that supports Cart.com’s people and Cart.com’s success as a company.
What they're looking for
- Maintain knowledge of payroll trends, best practices, regulatory changes
- Assist employees with general People Payroll questions and ensure exceptional customer service
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and support coordination
- You have strong business acumen with ability to partner and collaborate with HR colleagues, functional specialists and internal clients
- You have functional knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
- You possess solid time-management, prioritization, written and verbal communication skills
