About the role
This team sits at the front line of Carta's compliance function, managing the intake and resolution of KYC requests on behalf of some of the world's leading asset managers and private equity firms. You'll work in a high-volume, client-facing environment where accuracy, speed, and regulatory fluency aren't optional. They're the baseline. In this role, you'll exercise independent judgment on routine matters and mentor junior analysts as they develop their expertise

- Experienced in complex legal entities. You have solid exposure to corporate banking, legal services, or fund compliance environments and are particularly comfortable with offshore jurisdictions like Cayman and Luxembourg
- A communicator people trust. You write clearly, speak with confidence, and bring the same professionalism to client-facing correspondence as you do to internal work and team collaboration
- Ability to multitask. You handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball and you stay composed under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Building a compliance career. You have a genuine commitment to professional development in AML/CFT compliance and legal services, with an appetite to take on increasing responsibility over time
