- Global mindset. You've worked in global environments and can navigate the complexity that comes with multi-region, multi-system data flows and compliance requirements
- Builder mentality. You don't just maintain systems — you make them smarter. Experience with Workday Extend and a working familiarity with agentic AI or LLMs (such as Claude) is a plus
