About the role
As a Technical Sourcer, you will be the engine for our growth as a leading foundation model company, responsible for identifying and engaging world-class technical talent. This is an incredibly hands-on role, where you’ll be expected to not only source, but to screen and manage candidates through the process, as well as lead on strategic hiring initiatives alongside Recruiting.
What they're looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in technical sourcing, with a focus on Engineering hiring
- A proven ability to source for highly specialized technical roles. You are comfortable discussing concepts related to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or large-scale systems
- A track record of leveraging sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent mapping, and navigating complex online ecosystems to uncover talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that are both technically credible and personally engaging
- A relentless drive to find the best talent and a deep curiosity about the AI landscape that fuels your search
- Meticulous attention to detail and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidate pipelines
