Caruso Ventures is seeking a technically capable and entrepreneurial AI & Operations Associate to develop and apply AI expertise across our firm and portfolio companies, helping both Caruso Ventures and the founders we back fully leverage AI in their operations, products, and decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and portfolio operations, ideal for a hands-on builder who has shipped and maintained production software and AI-enabled workflows, curious about startups and venture capital, and eager to build tools and processes that make our organization and the ones we support more efficient and insightful.
