About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of finance team, taking ownership of essential record maintenance, high-volume data scrubbing, and detailed reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build a strong foundational skill set in corporate finance and accounting while supporting complex month-end close processes and strategic financial analysis
What they're looking for
- Recent graduate or in the process of completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.6
- Completion of mid-level finance and accounting courses
- Proficient with excel, word, and powerpoint, with a strong emphasis on data manipulation
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills—must be comfortable diving deep into the data to find and fix discrepancies
- Strong organization, time management and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
