What they're looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or a related field
- Associate degree, technical certification, vocational training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Working knowledge of manufacturing material flow, inventory control, and WIP management practices
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, bills of material (BOMs), pick lists, labels, travelers, and production documentation
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and inventory management systems
- Understanding of inventory accuracy, lot and serial traceability, and material staging practices
